Alfonso Polanco

I am Alfonso Polanco, an entrepreneur with a solid background in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF and a Master in Auditing and Management Development from ICADE. My career began at Deloitte, where I gained valuable experience in auditing, financial management and organizational strategy. In 2014, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to found Narváez y Polanco – Executive Search in Mexico City, a consulting firm that helped European companies expand in Latin America.

From Consultant to Tourism Innovator

In 2019, I launched Eco Tuk Tuk in Madrid with a clear mission: to transform urban tourism and make it sustainable. I set out to professionalize a precarious sector and offer unique, high-quality tourism experiences. Today, Eco Tuk Tuk is a leader in its sector within the European market, operating in emblematic cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Malaga and Lisbon. The goal is simple but ambitious: to be the best alternative to tour buses.

Vision and Achievements

My innovative vision and commitment to sustainability have positioned Eco Tuk Tuk as a benchmark in the tourism sector. Since its founding, the company has grown exponentially, leading the market with a focus on excellence and environmental responsibility. The brand is looking to expand throughout the rest of Europe with ambitious plans, always seeking to make a difference in the business and tourism field.

In my own words

For as long as I can remember, I have been an entrepreneurial and innovation enthusiast. My time at Deloitte provided me with a solid foundation, but it was the Narvaez y Polanco Foundation that really ignited my passion for creating and developing businesses. With Eco Tuk Tuk, my mission is to change the perception of urban tourism by offering a sustainable alternative that excites people.

My journey does not end here. I am committed to continue innovating and leading projects that have a positive impact, not only on the market, but also on society and the environment.
