The minimum age is two (2) years old.

A maximum of four (4) passengers are allowed per tuk tuk, whether adults or children.

From 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The price is fixed per vehicle since it is a private tour. Before making the payment you must select the number of tuk tuks you want to reserve:
- Group of up to four people: 1 tuk tuk.
- Group of between 5 and 8 people: 2 tuk tuks.
- Group of between 9 and 12 people: 3 tuk tuks.
- Group of between 13 and 16 people: 4 tuk tuks.
Always select the number of tuk-tuks, not the number of people!

The tour is the same, and the only difference is that on the Expert PLUS tour you will have more time to explore each place

We are sorry, but for safety reasons pets are not allowed.

Tuk-tuks do not have a luggage compartment, so it is not legal to carry suitcases, wheelchairs, pushchairs or other large items.

Madrid
Pick-up and drop-off at Calle de Sevilla 6 (28014), in front of the Four Seasons Hotel.
The only exception is the Christmas lights tour in Madrid, whose pick-up location is at Calle Antonio Maura 13 (28014).
Barcelona
Pick-up and drop-off inside the “BSM Estació Barcelona – Nord” parking, whose entrance is located at Carrer d’Ali Bei 73. There is no number 73 on Carrer d’Ali Bei, but when you look for it on a map it will indicate to you the exact place where the access stairs to the parking are located. When you are at the door to the stairs, ring the doorbell once and the door will open automatically. The parking can also be accessed via the ramp located at Carrer d’Ali Bei 88. Once inside the parking, on “Floor 1”, you will see a series of squares with Eco Tuk Tuk signs.
Seville
Pick-up and drop-off inside the “APK2 Arjona” parking, whose entrance is located at Puente Cristo de la Expiración 746. There is no number 746 in Puente Cristo de la Expiración, but when looking for it on a map it will indicate the exact place where the access ramp to the parking is located, where you can walk in. Once inside, the pick-up point is located in front of the parking office and the Sixt car rental office.
Malaga
Pick-up and drop-off at the tourist buses stop at Calle Guillén Sotelo 11 (29016), located in front of the Pedro Luis Alonso Gardens. There is no number 11 Guillén Sotelo street, but when looking for it on a map it indicates the exact point where the tourist buses stop is.

Of course! As long as the conditions are not extreme and jeopardize your safety or that of the driver-guide. Our tuk-tuk are equipped with transparent side layers and blankets so that our clients do not get wet or go cold.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for the weather, a bottle of water and a phone or a camera.

In case of delay, the contracted activity will be reduced depending on the time lost, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and, in such case, no refund of the amount will be made subscriber.
