The pick-up point is located on Avenida Liberdade, at number 2, where the Hard Rock of Lisbon is located. It is important to note that we do not have a physical location at this address; it is only a pick-up point.
Before the tour start time you will receive a message with the name of your driver, and the number of the tuk tuk you are driving, so that it will be easy to recognize you at the pick-up point. The tuk tuks are always on time at the pick-up time, but sometimes there is traffic and they may be a few minutes late. Whenever there is a delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible at the telephone number you provide.

The price depends on the duration of the tour, and as it is a private tour, the number of people, as the price is fixed per vehicle. Before making the payment you must select the number of tuk tuks you want to book:
- Group of up to four people: 1 tuk tuk.

- Group of between 9 and 12 people: 3 tuk tuks.
- Group of between 13 and 16 people: 4 tuk tuks.
